This December Solstice, join the Pachamama Alliance global community for a seasonal ritual of listening, reflection, and reconnection with the living Earth. This gathering will be offered in English and Spanish.
The December Solstice marks a sacred turning point in the Earth's yearly cycle. In the Global North, we enter the quiet darkness of winter—a season of rest, reflection, and renewal. In the Global South, the days reach their fullest expression in summer, inviting abundance, vitality, and celebration. Wherever we are, the Solstice reminds us that we are part of a living planet whose rhythms invite us to pause, listen, and begin again.
This season, our Earth Listening Circle will center on Water—the waters within us and the waters that sustain all life. Water teaches us to flow around obstacles, to nourish what is essential, to cleanse, to adapt, and to remember that everything is connected. As our world faces growing challenges of drought, flooding, pollution, and climate disruption, we are invited to deepen our relationship with this sacred element and listen for its wisdom.

You are warmly invited to join this virtual Earth Listening Circle to slow down, listen deeply, and honor this seasonal threshold in community. Together, we will reflect on where life is inviting us to soften, flow, release, and renew as we prepare to enter a new cycle together.
Earth Listening Circles are a simple yet profound practice for restoring our relationship with the living Earth. Through guided reflection, contemplative practices, and shared dialogue, we cultivate belonging, resilience, reverence, and a deeper sense of kinship with all life.
Listening opens us to the wisdom of the Earth, our own hearts, and the living waters that flow through every being.
What is an Earth Listening Circle
This 2-hour virtual gathering invites participants into a heartfelt inquiry into what it means to be human in these times of profound transition. Together, we create space to slow down, become present, and remember our kinship with the living world.
